Vacation Bible School & Day Camp
July 18-21 / 9 AM-3 PM
Over the past few years we have undergone change in the Vacation Bible School program at Pilgrim in the summer. This summer, we will be making an additional change that we think you’ll be excited to hear!
For children entering grades 2-6 in the 2011-2012 school year. This summer, Camp Luther will be coming to do a Congregational Day Camp for The fee for your child or grandchild to attend will be only $20 for the entire four days! Camp Luther will provide four energetic leaders to lead songs, games, crafts, snacks, and everything else that screams Vacation Bible School. What a great opportunity for your child to experience the excitement of Camp Luther right here at Pilgrim!
For the 3 year olds through 1st graders.
Pilgrim will offer a more traditional Vacation Bible School similar to the ones we have done the past two years.
This VBS will be free of charge and will go from 9 AM-11:30 AM with a free will offering lunch to follow at 11:30 AM.
It will take place on the same dates: Monday, July 18-Thursday, July 21. The Vacation Bible School kids will open the day with songs and skits with the Day Campers, then break off into their own VBS for the rest of the morning.
Both the Day Campers and VBS kids will be invited to an end of the week celebration on the evening of Thursday, July 21st to celebrate the week of learning about the Bible.
More information and advertisements will be coming in the following months with further details, themes, and registration forms. We just wanted to make you aware of the exciting changes being made this summer to the Vacation Bible School at Pilgrim.
